DECISION FRAMEWORK

PHASE 2 IS TO DEFINE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DECIDE

Phase 2 exists to turn facts into conscious, agreed, and accountable decisions.

Scope

Phase 2 focuses on identifying critical project decisions, structuring available options with their consequences, clarifying trade-offs (cost, time, quality), and formally locking decisions through an official document. It does not include detailed design, final cost calculation, vendor selection, or field supervision.

1

Deliverables

Phase 2 delivers a structured decision framework that maps critical options and their consequences, prioritizes what must be decided now or later, and formalizes selected directions through a signed Decision Sheet as the reference for the next phases.

2

Proposal

Phase 2 aims to stop emotional or pressured decisions, ensure all parties understand the consequences of their choices, and establish one agreed project direction before entering deeper commitments. Through structured discussions based on Phase 1 findings, DENANDSPACE synthesizes decisions into a clear framework and formal Decision Sheet—providing logic and direction, not forcing outcomes.

3

Once decisions are defined, the project needs a clear execution path.
