I'm a Project Coordinator, Building Material Enthusiast, Finishing Creator, and also Super Curious Man

A born and raised in Jakarta, and I’ve always had a passion for dreaming big.

My biggest childhood dream?
To create a flying car!

But now, I’m all about revising that dream to focus on taking my friends on thrilling adventures through the skies. I truly believe that innovative materials are the key to making that dream a reality. Hehehe!

I graduated from Tarumanagara University with a degree in Architecture, and during my time there, I was lucky enough to be part of some amazing projects. After that, I decided to level up my skills and pursued a Master’s degree in Business Management at Prasetiya Mulya University, focusing on Marketing. I even got to compete in a marketing competition against some top universities, which was both challenging and rewarding!

I dove into the world of project management with Pondok Indah Group, where I learned how to balance time, quality, and of course, costs. Through countless experiences, mistakes, and the occasional human error, I’ve come to understand two important things:

  • Structured Systems are Essential: Having a solid working system is a must. The format of reports and data collection is sacred. For example, accurately measuring room sizes and cabinets is crucial. Having too many variables in a project can be dangerous. We need to set a manageable number of variables, and creatively modifying a few will make a project more predictable, easier to maintain, and quicker to troubleshoot if issues arise.

  • Finishing Materials as Creative Variables: Finishing materials are a free variable that allows for creativity. This is where I believe we can really shine!

You might notice that these two points seem contradictory. On one hand, I’m advocating for a structured approach to project management, while on the other, I’m encouraging creativity. But I can assure you that it’s entirely possible to blend both!

Maybe one day, if we get the chance to meet and collaborate, you’ll see me wearing multiple hats: as a project manager one moment, a finishing specialist the next, and perhaps even juggling both roles at the same time!

Let’s make those flying adventures happen together!
